Amstar CHL, LLC now offering privite Houston Concealed Handgun License and Houston CHL renewal training exclusively. Training is provided by Amstar CHL, LLC professional, certified instructors.
We train people who are 21 years of age and older in private sessions. Private sessions can be conducted in pairs such as father and son, husband and wife, sisters, brothers, best friends, and other pairing combinations. We also schedule corporate Concealed Hadngun License CHL and CHL Renewal training.

Please Take Notice. Beginning March 1st The Austin Concealed Handgun Licensing Department will no longer allow ink style finger printing for all CHL Applicants. Applicants will be required to obtain their finger prints electronically from L-1 Identity Solutions.
